- Since it relies so much on the pilots skills, you should have explained more about that. Like maybe saying he/she has been trained since birth by his/her government to pilot that very gundam. It just needs more. I think your forgetting that the pilot makes the gundam, not the other way around.

- What if an one or both arms get removed? Then your screwed. How about adding 2 more arms. That way you can add the grappling device and still be perfectly offensive or defensive, and give the opponent more to worry about. As of now, it's not even threatening to a mediocre pilot.

- Claiming a gundam to be supreme in physical combat is completely dependent on the pilot. Therefor it is flawed. A less sufficient gundam with a better fighter would take it out no sweat, and save money. On top of that, there doesn't seem to be any advanced system to close the gab on range oriented opponents. Perhaps a long claw or blade on a high durability chain to grab hen and drag them in. Or a system that makes various hologram copies to confuse the opponent long enough to get in close.
