- Very pretty, I like the glowing butterflies. Although I agree that the head is too big and the neck is too thick. Very nice though.

- I didn't mean to make the head bigger than the body, if you look at the date I did this pic., I drew it in March, my artwork and proportions have gotten better than what this fairy looks like!

One thing I would recommend is to make the body a lot bigger, so it fits the head size.
