Very good job. The proportions are nice, color balance is ok, and good composition.
The head is a little small indeed.

- Fay is a category that faerie falls in, many types of fay, some are skinny, some have dust, some even resemble crickets. A little larger somewhat thicker one is not uncommon. Just creative.

Two things to say though. srry sad
I picture fairys as delecate and graceful, she looks kinda masculine. And i think she needs a few more leaves for her outfit top, meybe add flowers.
Please don`t take this offensive! I really like it, and i think your really good! WAY better than i could draw!
