If I may, I just want to give a critique.
It's a nice picture, and pretty good when I compare it to the reference, but the torso is too long, therefore making the arms look shorter (and it makes the posture look awkward).
I think another reason why it looks awkward is the fact that she seems to be leaning backwards, but still standing, and if this was a photo of someone, it'd be the moment before they fall backwards.
