Pyramid Head, also known as Red Pyramid Thing, is a creature from the popular game Silent Hill 2.
Pyramid Head makes his first appearance in the Wood Side Apartments, standing behind a wall of bars, which separates him from James Sunderland, and bearing a red aura. He does not move or react to James in any way, but his presence does cause the radio to emit static.
