This is Belphegor aka Prince the Ripper from Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn. 8D I've seen him done once in the avatar arenas, but once only. I was actually really disappointed to see that. D':
I couldn't get an avatar without eyes. Apparenly, there's a glitch to remove yout avatar's eyes, but it results in you getting disqualified from the arenas and your avatar must be reset. xD;; So I tried my best. Enjoy! - Date: 12/06/2008
