They are both part of the 13 Zodiacs, and Kisa is the tiger.
She is acting as Tohru's sister, as she calls her Onee-chan.
I used the Midnight skirt and top, along with the headband, and Felicia's White Shoes, and the Kaya the Cat.

that looks great! the only thing i would add would be a white apron and lacy socks (if you can find them). other then that, it looks good! 4/5
