Shantotto is a non-playable Tarutaru Black Mage from the Federation of Windurst and a hero of the Great Crystal War. She's well known for her rhyming speach and her laughter (Ohohoho!). She appears in Final Fantasy XI, as well as Dissidia. However, in Dissidia, she appears only once in the main storyline.

- I don't know if I would give it a 5, simply because things could be better--however, this IS the only Shantotto on here. The whole thing was a solid effort, even with all the fuss--I think I'll award you a solid B-.
