The description is somewhat right. It's true that Itachi gave some of his power to Sasuke, but Tobi had surgically transplanted Sasuke's eyes because he was becoming blind. He later had obtained the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
@DeidarasBombette: Tobi might have retrieved Itachi's eyes from his dead body so that Sasuke had them transplanted.

- dude..Jinxi's charm forh is man skirt thing...and yeah wrong info,lol it was Itachi who gave Sasuke some of his power not Madara giving him Itachi's eyes..i suggest re-reading the Manga if you are not sure of something.

- Yeeeeah, No. Madara Didn't Implant Itachi's Eyes in sasuke. Itachi gave Ssuke some of his power when He died. And for inaccurate info -1 and the Skirt is too pink. 3/5.
