Description:
Cilan is one of the three Gym Leaders of Striatlon Gym in Pokemon Black and White. He specializes in Grass-type Pokémon and will battle the player if they chose Oshawott as their starter Pokémon. Although he and his brothers retired from being Gym Leaders before the events in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2, he can be fought in the PWT.
