It looks like she's wearing one of these black&red school uniforms in the ref.
Even though you keep saying that that it's not, you should've went for a black&red uniform type thing.
Also, if you're going to resubmit this, change the hair colour, face, and shoes along with the outfit.

i dont know this character at all. from the reference the avi seems very basic and not much like the character.
from the reference image the hair color is wrong, you need red shoes and the outfit looks like you went for the cheapest choice. sorry, 2/5 - Report As Spam
