This is my resubmit on the Mercury Power, Make Up!!!! that I did back in july.
I took is some of the requests I had received. Like using a different hair color. I tried to use a lighter one per suggestion but really had a hard time between white or light blue. I went with the light blue for contrast, and because in the gif Ami has a streak of dark blue shading her body. So I used it as that shading for the hair. - Date: 11/08/2015

This is just so amazing. I'm really glad that you chose a lighter blue for her hair, it really makes this cosplay so much more amazing.
