Description:
Superman returns after 10 years to try to inspire the Meta's to be better. Some join him, but most refuse and are placed into a meta re-education prison built in Iowa.
The prison quickly becomes over-crowded over the next few months, leading to an eventual riot and breakout with Luthor's help.
Superman rushes to stop the breakout before someone dies, but a bolt from the blue stops him outside the prison.
Superman now faces the only person who can possibly stop him.
