power up he combines gear with the normal gatling attack
that makes the jet gatling. Its one of his strongest attacks Luffy
uses. I didnt put the straw hat on the avi because it doesnt look that good

- I think most luffy cosplays are bad, yours is fairly good, work on the hair, the eyes, and the sandals and it would be nearly perfect.
