Day Eight of the Colosseum - the tension was mounting. Today would be the fight between the menacing imp and the sweetheart pumpkin.
The screams from the crowds was deafening. All sides cheered for their favorites. Minutes of swift action pounded by - slashes, gashes, and splurts of blood (and pumpkin juice). It was a gore fest. Then, the tables turned. The imp was knocked down, completely defenceless and losing consciousness. Jack-O-Lantern closed in....
