Everyone knows the stories. the Hero or Villian finds a sword at the right time to carry out the need task...but what happens to the sword before it's found? Who makes sure it gets to where it needs to be?
That is her job. Be it for good or evil she will see it to it's prober place...being able to manipulate time is just an added bonus.
