- Description: Black cats are perceived as ill-omens in North America for they are said to be the familiars of witches. In many other cultures they are considered good omens. In American shelters they have the lowest adoption rate of any cat color except brown. They were also used as the symbol for sabotage in WWI. As well as being the namesake for many American comic heroes it is also the namesake for a Japanese manga and has also had a type of jelly based dessert named after it too. -Wikipedia

- The cat wears clothes because otherwise it would have been a cat wearing a bra. An unpleasant though.
