- Description: Many think Jack Frost is ruler of winter, but they're wrong. This graceful being, wanders the forest evading the wandering eyes of man. This animal, this spirit, goes through the hills telling the trees, and the plants that it is time to rest. The trees shed their leaves, and the flowers quietly go into hiding. The clouds above hear his call and move inward to shelter the world. This being preps earth for winter and in a flash this being disappears into the sky as the very first snowflakes fall
