Vainglory is basically unjustified boasting based on one's own opinion. Vainglory has been folded into pride for some listings of sins. Vainglory has become a rarely used word in itself, and is now commonly interpreted as referring to vanity too, however the definition is not the exact same meaning. - Date: 09/16/2012
