I created this after entering the runway theme fer the Fallen Wish ei. I had found the dress (unhelpfully untagged) after entering and decided to build around it. Unbelievably in love with my elvish queen looking regal in her finest wears, ready to grant a worthy warrior knighthood to her court with her drawn blade.
