    What started off as a normal day, <br />
    couldn't have turned out in a better way.<br />
    He lost sight in both eyes,<br />
    but he gained the best prize.<br />
    <br />
    The sound of her voice,<br />
    the scent of her skin.<br />
    It made him rejoice,<br />
    it made his head spin.<br />
    <br />
    They were young and in love,<br />
    a match made from the heavens above.<br />
    But their parents didn't approve,<br />
    so their love could not improve. <br />

    One rainy night,<br />
    they had a fight.<br />
    Their love slowly disappeared,<br />
    who would have guessed it would persevere. <br />

    He loved her so much he risked his own life,<br />
    forgetting everything about the fight.<br />
    Everyone was telling him not to go,<br />
    He didn't listen, letting her die was not a option.<br />

    The fire burnt half her face,<br />
    pain that was almost unbearable to face.<br />
    But he helped her through it all, <br />
    even if saving her almost sent him to heaven.<br />
