    My username is often mistaken for kai but the l is, indeed an L.<br />
    I tend not to get into most trends and am slow to get into<br />
    activities related to beauty and, if/when I finally do,<br />
    I don't do them often (e.g. painting nails, styling hair, etc.)<br />
    I steer clear of drama kings and queens.<br />
    I have four very close friends. I tend to stick with the same people.<br />
    I use emotes WAY too much. I'm shy and keep<br />
    to myself around people I don't know. With my friends, however, I'm<br />
    a different person entirely. <br />

    I carry my iPod touch with me everywhere.<br />
    I've written quite a lot of poems to date..and, although I don't have the<br />
    time to sit down and consciously set myself to the purpose of writing<br />
    more, I occasionally get the inspiration to write little snippets of<br />
    poems. I'd be more than willing to share some of my poems with you.<br />
    I've never really had an official boyfriend, at least not in my book.<br />
    A little romance in my life couldn't hurt? Still looking for my knight.    <br />
    I hope I'll find him soon. I've found the love of my life and can't wait<br />
    to be with him (we're LDR for now). I'm ambivalent when it comes to gushy<br />
    romantic stuff.. on one hand I think it's cute. But, on the other hand,<br />
    I find it too mushy at times. It depends on the situation I suppose.<br />

    One of the things I love to do is ice <br />
    skating. Most people think it's boring but I can't get enough.<br />
    I very much enjoy skating as fast as I dare to so that I <br />
    can feel the cold air hitting my face. I like cold weather... and places<br />
    with seasons (I live in a place where it's practically summer all day<br />
    every day). I've lived in the same house all my life. I have family all<br />
    over the world: Singapore, California, Jamaica, Canada, Florida, etc. <br />
    My ancestors had a village in Hong Kong that is now a museum. <br />
