• Artist Info: What is there to say? I love stuff... lots of stuff. I'm a pretty well rounded person with a large and unusual variety of interests.

I'm in college, and I'm a music major in violin performance. Oh yeah. I love it. Music is my life. I would die without it. But I could live without the vast amounts of complicated theory my professors give me.

I geek out over a lot of things. But it's always justified. I would never obsess over anything that didn't deserve it. I'm also slightly picky and critical over what I watch/read...so if I'm obsessing over it, it's usually something good. I geek out over all sorts of things...music (all styles and genre's), Harry Potter, Star Trek (especially Deep Space Nine), Avatar: The Last Airbender, lots of anime, manga, Final Fantasy, amazing marching band and winterguard shows, watching international soccer...what have I forgotten? Oh yeah, I'm an artist, too, so I'm a sucker for amazing art. I love the internet, too. I spend an unhealthy time on the internet when I'm given time off of school and work.
I enjoy sports and dancing, as well, though I've had to quit everything because I have really bad knees that need surgery that I keep putting off. I played softball for nine years, soccer for twelve, and danced for six, with two of those being a part of a colorguard - one of the best in the country, might I add. =)
I live in Utah and it's the bestest. No really. I have the best friends ever, a family that means EVERYTHING to me, and it's so beautiful here. Gotta love snow-capped 13,000 foot mountains practically in your backyard, low crime rates, and that homey suburbia feeling. That has just enough individuality and just small enough to have an old-school main street and not a building over three stories. But just big enough to not miss out on anything big-city, with our huge and amazing shopping complex. And we're getting an In-N-Out. That's gotta count for something.

I love culture, too. And languages. And geography. I think learning about different cultures and religions is just fascinating. In the total course of my life, I have studied a total of 8 languages (not counting English): Spanish, French, German, Japanese, American Sign Language, Latin, Dutch, and Swedish. Though I could only carry a conversation in French, Japanese, and ASL. =)
Okay, I think that's enough for now. If I think of anything else note-worthy about me, I'll add it.
