    Let's start off with something that is related to gaia. I am an art whore. I love the fellow art whores in the AF and the wonderful artists who are generous enough and kind enough to give up their free time to feed the hunger for art in those of us with insatiable needs. (even those artists who are only in the AF to find models to make samples for a future art shop) If you happened to have stumbled upon my profile and happened to have decided to read my About Me section and happened to be an artist willing to make some art for me then please by all means visit my Art Request Thread. It's in the AF, but I am also willing to do commissions. Please PM me in regards to that along with either a link to your samples or with your samples already in the message. I have limited funds so nothing over 100k please. Also meet a good friend of mine in rl who happens to be a fellow art whore, Mitsu-Souma. She loves art, but her funds are more limited than mine so no commissions unless you are willing to do a piece as a freebie plus a 5k tip. She has some quite gorgeous avi's, but be sure to contact her for some other choices if her current one doesn't suit your taste. (This includes OC's.) No couple art please. Friends included. I prefer to have my art singles unless with my entire group of friends. (rl friends which is about 8-ish. I don't feel like checking and editing this.) I hate exclusions because I love ALL my (rl) friends VERY much. Simple as that. Couple and group art is harder anyway or so I've heard. Enough about art! Let's move on shall we? :3<br />

    Now about me, I'm just a simple little viet girl who has a something I'd like to call a mercurial temperament. I also have a slight problem with OCD. I go by many nicknames and after hating nicknames for a while, I began to really like it. Acceptable names: Viet, Candy, VietCandy, VC, Christina, Chrissy-Tina, Christy, Fun-Size, Eggroll, Chibi, amo, and my personal favorite, The Little Asian Eggroll. whee <br />

    Don't be fooled. The only language I'm actually fluent in is English. o.O I can SPEAK a little vietnamese like when I'm talking to my family or something, but I can't actually survive in Vietnam with my current Vietnamese vocabulary. (and I have a bad accent in that language too >.> wink I know a couple Japanese phrases here and there with some words and I know a little bit about the sentence structure, but that's about it. o.O Recently, I learned a few words in Spanish. Viva la Vida: I live the life! (psh, I know it's a song and a pretty awesome song it is.) aaaanyways... I know it's not impossible to be bilingual, but it's not easy. I was born bilingual and I'm having a hard time with it. >.> Then again, I don't really try so boo. D< hahaha... it's really fun to teach someone how to count in a different language. xD <br />

    Music is my life. I play music, I listen to music, I read music, and I sing music (ONLY WHEN I'M ALONE). Even though I love music, I'm not very good at any of the things I listed except listening. I play the flute and I used to play a TINY bit of violin in the past. The poor hair on my bow snapped. crying Tiny microorganisms came into my bedroom went under the bed into my violin case and ate my violin bow. I hate you tiny microorganisms!!!. Truth be told, I didn't own a very good violin anyway. xD I had to get it repegged for tuning purposes and I had to buy some new strings because a few kept snapping into my face. (ouch!) It was USED when I bought it since my philosophy is that if I can play excellently on a terrible instrument, I will play perfectly on an advanced instrument. I bring the same concept into my flute. Mine cost about 100-150? o.o Regular flutes cost in the thousands. gonk I hope that when I get good enough, I'll deserve an advanced flute. whee (Next summer break, I'm going to do a fundraiser for my band and put away some money for that new flute! x333)<br />

    Now about my family, I'm the youngest out of three children. (technically) I say technically because one of my brothers is my twin. Yes, I am a girl and yes, he is a boy. WE ARE CALLED FRATERNAL TWINS!!! It bugs me when people think it's strange that there are such things as boy-girl twins. They happen! My two brother's are named Christian and Andrew. Funny isn't it? My name is Christina and my twin is Christian. My uncle is a genius! Christian is one of those people who are smarties, but is a total lazy butt. As for my brother Andrew, I could write a whole book on him. Wait, they already exist. Well, anyways, he's my oldest brother and he's a little "different" from most people. He was named after the hurricane the year he was born. I can't tell if he's special, gay, or he just lacks attention, but he is not normal, but then again, who is? He's the one who is always stealing my shoes and wearing them to school. He also steals my mom's pants sometimes. (He's pretty tall and my mom is pretty short.) Now my mom, let's just say she's one of those typical Asian moms who are scary strict and believes in corporal punishment. She's pretty rich, but she likes to spend it mostly on herself. Her zodiac animal is a dog and she was born in the daytime so she lives in the lap of luxury for pleasure. I was born in the night so working like a dog is my thing. My parents are divorced and I live with my mom so I don't know where my dad is or what he does. People seem to notice that I don't talk about him so I am talking about him now. <br />

    I also have an obsession with a few things. Which is quite rare for permanent obsessions. My permanent obsessions are music, butterflies, and... CANDY!!!! I'm very, very, very crazy about candy. That kinda explains my username. xD Dark chocolate is a big no-no though. (hey! I rhymed!) Dark chocolate just isn't sweet enough for my taste, too bitter. Spicy candy is also a no-no. I'm very sensitive to spiciness so I can't even take a whiff of that stuff without sweating. I'm pretty sure there are other candies that are no-nos, but I think that's it. I'm more of a chocolate person, but most any kind, I will accept. Maybe Valentine's Day chocolates have more sugar or something. Bad day that one Valentine's Day. 6 pieces of chocolates and a short while after eating them is a blur... x.X<br />

    My other obsession, butterflies, is a simple one. I just love the shape of the butterfly. I don't really know all the sciencey stuff about them. I also love the colors and such. To tell you the truth, I don't know why I'm obsessed with butterflies. I just think they're magical or something. <br />

    Maybe you can consider myself a tree hugger. I don't care if you think so. I care about the environment. I care about the next generation and the generations after that. The whole world is going through a tough time right now, including the United States. Does recession mean anything? Yeah, my family was already too obsessed with money already, the recession just makes it even more fun...<br />

    My Birthday is in the part of the year that makes it complicated to figure what animal of the zodiac I am. (no, it's not close to the end or the beginning of the year) So, I just decided to go with what my big brother told me. I'm a doggiooster. xD<br />
