• A photographer visited a concert hall during the night of a high school graduation. Little did he know that this night would change his life forever. As he entered the building, he kept his camera poised, hands tensed, ready to capture some news for his publisher.

As he entered the lobby, he was unexpectedly greeted by two rather tall students, most likely members of the football team. They asked his business on the premises. He explained his occupation, telling them of how he was a photographer looking for some local news, nothing more. The two welcomed him in.

He walked through two red doors, to perhaps two-hundred smiling faces. As he skulked the sidelines to the buffet, he was happily greeted by happy students who probably didn't even care who he was.

Along the way, he bumped into a random person. As he grumpily revived from the shock, he looked up to the most beautiful face he had ever seen. They proceeded to make quick, clumsy apologies to each other, which eventually led into a long conversation. He knew that this night, regardless his being two years her senior, he had found the love of his life.

The evening progressed, each growing closer to the other as the seconds passed. At the end of the night, they decided to meet at the movies the next day.

In his bliss and far-away fantasies, he crossed the street. In his bliss, he failed to notice the street lights facing him turn red. Nor did he notice the large vehicle heading his way. Tires screeched, if only to preceed a dull thump of flesh on metal.
