• "What the hell?!" I screamed. Titan was so surprised he flopped back against the tent wall and banged the back of his head on the metal. "Ouch, ouch, ouch." he said rubbing the back of his head. "What are you doing in my tent?" I asked. "What are you doing in your tent?" he asked me. "Sleeping!" I said "What are you doing here?!" I directed the question back at him. He looked at me seriously and said " My answer to your question is.........No comment." I stood up and yelled down at him "That's not an answer!" He stood up and faced me head on "Yes it is!" I shook my head "No..It's...NOT!" I shouted. "Yes...It...IS!" he shouted back. "Wait" he said "What were we fighting about?" he asked. "Why were you in my tent?!" I yelled back at him. He said it with a blank expression "Whatching you sleep, trying to keep back thoughts saying how cute you were." Then his eyes widened, face became red, and he covered his mouth with both hands. Like I said before, werewolves are just dogs that act on impulse. I could feel the blood rush to my face and I yelled "Eh? EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!?!?!?!" After a while me and Titan were outside my tent, sitting on the grass. "How did you get past the barrier?" I said, the first thing either of us said to each other scince Titan said I was cute. "The barrier is meant to keep out humans and NORMAL werewolves. I'm a royal, immortal. A higher level than other werewolves." he explained. "Your not very modest, are you?" I asked, looking at him. His eyes widened and he shook his head wildly "No, no, no, no, no, no! I didn't mean it ike that!" he said. I suddenly burst out in laughter. He joined in after a couple seconds of confusion. Then, unfortunetly, it was my turn to say something I didn't mean to "I laugh so much with you! I haven't laughed this much scince before the werewolve killed my family when I was two!" Suddenly, it was silent. "What?" he asked me, a voice so stunned, it was almost frightening to me. I didn't look at him. I just continued to stare at the grass below me. "Nevermind it" I said. He grabbed me by my shoulders and shook me a little. "Tell me what you said!" he yelled. I looked away "Just forget it" I said. "No, I won't just forget it. Werewolves...werewolves killed your entire family, and you were so young. I'm the prince of all werewolves, I should've known, I should've done something." He closed his eyes and turned his face towards the ground. I pulled him close and hugged him. "It's not your fault." I rubbed his back and felt the rough texture of his black shirt, his black, spikey belt, on my knees and felt his tears drip on to my legs and his black pants. "Yes it is, I-" I cut him off "Were just a kid and couldn't do a thing about it. Besides, I still turned out pretty great. I mean looking at me! I'd say everything turned out pretty okay. Right? So, please, don't blame yourself for something that happened so long ago, that was beyond your control." He nodded, and hugged me back. We stayed like that for a long while. Hearing the wind, and the beetles cry, smelling the flowers, and feeling the electricity that steadily zoomed throughout both our bodies.
