When I see birds fly in the Spring,
I wish to join them every so often.
They fly in the sky,
As if their free.
They look as if they don’t care,
About where they go.
They just know that they are,
Free.
I wish to be like a bird,
To soar high in the sky.
Mainly to be free,
Free of not being trapped,
Free to do whatever I please.
That is why,
When I see a bird,
I wish it were me.
