• Close by the door he paused to stand,
As he took hi ring off her hand,
All who were watching did not dare speak,
As a silent tear randown his cheek,
Threw his ming the memories ran of the
times they laughed and played in the sand,
Now her eyes are so terribly cold he'll never have her to hold,

and in touching her ear he bagan to cry he put
his ring on and wanted to die,

    her cascate into the snow
