What does your character write to Santa?
My fathers have told me stories of the many spirits of nature and the seasons during my foalhood. And that it was by their graces, as much as our own cleverness, that we live and thrive. When I was young I did not understand well enough to take those lessons to heart. But I get it now, I think.
You brought me to my fathers. And it was my wishes to the spirits that brought my cherished mates to my side.
I do not seek to wish again, but instead to say thank you for your blessings.

To Whom it may concern;
I am writing this letter in hopes that it would find you this winter season. I am seeking help or guidance in finding someone I might confide in, someone I can feel ease and comfort arund, someone that is not my family. While I adore them to my heart's fullest, there are times when I wish for the company of another, even if just to sing with all while we gaze at the stars. If my plea's reach you, I hope you find favor in granting them, if not, I thank you simply for considering me.

"Dear Nikolaus,
I know you know who I am, I don't have to introduce myself. I am the youngest son from the House Ragnarok. My brothers and sisters have always relied on me to go and seek out herbs and such for healing and even just cooking what they bring home after a hunt. I find it hard to bring it all back while my siblings and mate are hard at work doing their own jobs that are just as important. Because of this, I hope to find a friend to help me collect herbs and bring them back home for my family. I am certainly not alone in the world, however it would make collecting much faster so my new friend and I can come home quicker to spend time with our family.

A messy glob of melted wax seals the letter, and it takes more work than usual to pry it open and actually read what's inside.
“Hello! I don’t know who this Sandy Claws Sandy Santah fellow is, but he sounds like a pretty nice guy, bringing gifts to people and everything! I do hope this letter finds its way to you this season.” You can tell Clyde paused for a long while as he tried to come up with a suitable answer for the next part, ink leaving some messy stains on the letter. “Others said that we can send winter wishes your way. But there’s not much that I want! Uh, right now, at least. I just wanted to say hello, like everyone else! I dunno, if I really had to think of a gift idea... then........... maybe a friend? Friends are always good to have around! Yes, I think I would like a new friend.

Whatever else was written on the page is abruptly cut off, a good portion of the paper burned away. Not... intentionally, by the looks of it.

What does your character write to Santa? It's just a big ol' paw print slapped roughly on a sheet of paper. She's a bear. She can't write. But if she could write, it would probably be along the lines of this: I know I'm big and scary, and a lot of folks are intimidated by that. So I guess I just think it'd be nice to have a friend just as big as I am. Maybe that's something you could help me with?

Dear Santa, I do hope this year has been kind to you as it hasn't been on its best behavior. Ever since I was but a foal, stories were woven of your kindness, the light you bring to others when all seems lost.
I have grown but my heart still lingers as a foal, forever helping those in need and spreading the warmth of the season. Sometimes, when my mate travels I feel alone, but I always am thankful when he returns. Perhaps, if you could find a way somehow to find me a companion for those long nights alone, I'd be forever grateful
I wish you happiness and health in the coming year as well as many that will follow. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.

What does your character write to Santa? Dear Klaus,
I'm sure you see a lot of letters, and you get a lot of requests. Mine is but one of many, and I understand that. But should this letter reach you in due time, I have but one request - A companion, a friend to travel with me, somebody to sing and play with me. I don't know that I could properly put into words how much I would appreciate that, if you sent somebody. If you cannot find somebody to properly fit with me, I understand.
