House points, awarded or deducted, will be documented in this thread.
There are now two different forms; one for professors and one for prefects.
Professors, the form is exactly the same so have no worries.
Prefects, however, will now be required to include a link to the thread of the event in question, and, your house points are not final.
They will be considered 'Pending' until a Head of House or Guild VC/Captain has officially 'Accepted' the request.
This is to ensure equality and fairness throughout the guild.
House Point Checkers will now be required to include their crew signature and the date as they check and update the House Points Thread.
