Fianna Grey Gryffindor │ Third Year │ Thirteen Years Old │ Single
Fianna was looking forward to what summer would bring for her. There'd be the music festival this year, and probably a family trip somewhere. If she could somehow manage a pickup game of Quidditch, that would be just ace, but she wasn't sure she could manage that. She was grateful she managed to have a rather uneventful year, avoiding the messy arguments Linny and Hannah had (thankfully, they patching things up since), although she got her own shot in, by getting Linny to show up for Music Club. With exams over, now the three of them could take the long train ride back to London, where she knew Momma and Da would be waiting to collect them all.
One thing Fianna definitely looked forward to was ditching her uniform for the summer (especially the tie). Still, she was wearing a cute short black skirt to go with her white dress shirt and Gryffindor tie (she refused to wear a vest like her cousin did). Yep, one more day of this stuff, and its back to jeans and sneakers.
Sitting down next to one of her younger Housemates, Richard, she smiled, and asked him, "So, got anything exciting planned for summer?"

Fianna Grey Gryffindor │ Third Year │ Thirteen Years Old │ Single
"Oh, I never pass up a chance to do some quality relaxing," Fianna answered with a bit of a chuckle, and a smile. Just thinking about what was ahead was sufficient to get her jazzed. That train ride couldn't start soon enough for her. When asked about her plans, Fianna told him, "Well for starters, we're all going to the big Celtic Music Festival in Waterford, and that's always fun to go see. Da promised to get tickets for at least one of the Irish National team matches, and we're supposed to be going on a family trip, but I don't know where we might be going. My sister and I always manage to have some kind of fun. But what about you? There must be something you really want to do."

spaceSebastian made his way to his house table without his usual exuberance. He'd wanted to sit with Balder at Hufflepuff, but Kiki had shoo'ed him off, very forcefully, when he'd tried to follow the two Puffs to their table. She'd given him some reason or another, but he hadn't understood a word she said, to be perfectly honest. She'd been talking too fast, and that was saying something. The train ride had been reasonably pleasant, at least compared to last year's, since Aleah seemed to've gotten over whatever problem she'd had with his best friend then. Unfortunately, Balder's mood hadn't been any better, since he was still worrying about his cousin. The blonde sighed, watching the two Hufflepuffs make their way to their table, and slumped into a chair at his own. He glanced at Aleah, trying to smile and think of something to say. But, he didn't have any immediate conversation starters come to mind. He'd seen her over the holiday a few times, so he couldn't ask about that. He obviously couldn't discuss Quidditch with her, since that was a sore subject that they very strongly disagreed on. And everything else felt... weird. Mundane. They were friends, it should be easy to talk to her. But, at the moment, he was too worried about Balder to think of anything. Instead, he glanced at the head of the Great Hall as the sorting started, elbow on the table and chin against his fist. As far as he knew, he didn't have any connections to any of the new first years, so there was no real reason for him to pay attention, but his head wasn't on straight enough to think of anything else to do.

Are you insane like me? Been in pain like me? Do you tear yourself apart to entertain like me? Do the people whisper 'bout you on the train like me? You can't wake up, this is not a dream
Aleah had apologized for her behavior last year and such on the train ride so it at least wasn't as awkward as it had been last year, but Balder was still all screwed up over his cousin which had Aleah worried about the poor Glynn boy. She'd heard rumors that the kid had even tried to get himself eaten by a giant spider or something. Of course those were just rumors but every rumor had at least a grain of truth in it. She glanced at Bas as they sat down, Kronos crawling under the bench and flopping on both her and Bas's feet happily. She rolled her eyes at the dog, but Bas was also in a bad mood now and she wasn't sure how to cheer him up. "It seems Kronos thinks he owns the place doesn't it?" She wiggled her toes making the dog flop around a teeny bit on top of Bas' feet. Maybe that would at least get a laugh out of him?
As if the Great Dane could read her mind, he sloppily rolled his tongue across Bas' leg before flopping back to sleep. She snorted and glanced up at the sorting, but looking at younger kids only made her think of her unborn sibling. She had mentioned her mother's pregnancy on the train ride over but not her own thoughts on it. Of course she was excited for a younger sibling. Her older brother was the best and he said having a little sibling was great. "What are the chances of my new baby brother or sister being magical like me?" She knew the odds of the sibling being sick like her and didn't want to think about that, so magic was a much better topic.
These voices won't leave me alone, Well my heart is golden, my hands are cold, Are you deranged like me? Are you strange like me? Do you call yourself a hurricane like me? Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline.

If anyone would ask her, she would go on and on about how excited and proud she was to wear them. She had already gone over the subject several times with her twin, telling Kiley the details of her new duties as Prefect as well as her jobs as Vice Captain of the Quidditch team. Her sister seemed supportive, just like she always was, but a bit distant with the whole thing. Strange, but it wasn't enough to knock Kim off her high horse. The best part was that she was shaping up to be just like her role model, Gideon. He was Prefect and Vice Captain too, just like she was now. Of course, he knew that, since he was at the Prefects meeting on the train, but she doubted he knew just how happy it made her. Soon enough, she would be a role model for a younger student too! Everything was falling into place for a great year. Kim took her seat and turned her attention towards the Sorting. It hadn't started just yet, but it was about to.

Fianna Grey Gryffindor │ Fourth Year │ Fourteen Years Old │ Single
Somehow, Fianna managed to get all the way to the castle without spotting any of her friends. Being as short as she was, it was easy to lose track of folk in the swirl and confusion of black robed students, but still she figured she might have seen somebody at least.
Arriving at the table, she soon spotted Aleah, whom she hoped had gotten over the disappointment of being summarily culled from last year's House team, and had acquired a Great Dane apparently, as well as Kim, whom was now a Prefect, and ... Vice Captain. Fianna would have appreciated being asked if she were interested in the job, but understood the why of not being asked. Three years as a Reserve was no substitute for game experience, a situation she hoped to rectify this year, assuming she made the squad this time out.
Staking out a place for herself, Fianna sat down at the table, wondering if any of her friends would appear, and how many new students would be joining their House this term.

Gryffindor ~ First Year ~ Muggleborn Mood: confident and excited Companions: other Gryffindors Thoughts: I got the house with the big kitty! ════════════════════════
After the sorting hat said her new house she went over the the table that cheered for her. The hat seemed to like her confidence and thought she was best here. She planned to be the coolest one, for her year at least. She had heard on the train that this house had a good reputation so she felt like she was given a good head start for her school years. She found a seat with her new house mates. her stomach growled in protest of not eating. perhaps food came after all the sorting. But wouldn't it take a long time to carry food for all these people out here? She poked someone older than her "Hey, when is chow time?" she whispered

It was exciting to see so many new housemates, and potential recruits for the team. She was getting ahead of herself, of course, but it was still something to think about. She would have to start considering these things sooner or later, in a few years when she became Captain. But that was years away. Kim liked to live in the now, and right now, there was a small girl poking at her arm. Kim turned her head, glancing over at the girl. She was one of the newest members of her house, with short dark hair and bright eyes. The girl asked when they would be eating, and as if on cue, her own stomach started to growl in response. "The feast won't start until after everyone has been sorted. It won't be much longer, trust me," she replied with a smile. "I'm Kim, by the way. Kimberly Umber. What's your name?" she added.

Gryffindor ~ First Year ~ Muggleborn Mood: confident and excited Companions: other Gryffindors Thoughts: that going to be a lot of food.... ════════════════════════
"I'm Jillian Faulkner, but I usually go with just Jilly." Jillian asked Kim. "Probably a stupid question but how are they going to bring it out? There's a lot of people to feed." A lot felt like an understatement, this was a lot bigger than any other school she had been too. The excitement of the hall was contagious and was keeping hyper going. "I sure there is sports here too. I sure hope they let us girls sign up too, not a fan of the skirt and I'll take almost any reason not to wear it." She was a tomboy what could she say. Who ever did laundry around here was going to constantly have to get dirt out of her clothes from her just having fun.

◉ 𝒇𝓲𝒇𝓽𝓱 𝔂𝒆𝓪𝓻 ◉ 𝓰𝓻𝔂𝒇𝒇𝓲𝓷𝓭𝓸𝓻 ◉ 𝓹𝓻𝒆𝒇𝒆𝓬𝓽 ◉ ◉ 𝓴𝒆𝒆𝓹𝒆𝓻 ◉ 𝓿𝓲𝓬𝒆 𝓬𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓪𝓲𝓷 ◉ Kim nodded at Jillian. "Glad to meet you, Jilly." She would be meeting all of their First Years soon enough, she reminded herself. It was her job, and Brandon's, to lead them all to the Common Room later in the evening, and they all could come to them with questions, of course. Maybe she'd take up studying with some of them, or maybe practice with them on the Quidditch Pitch. Jilly was asking her a question now, even. A stupid question, she had called it, asking about how all of the food would be brought out to the tables. Kimberly giggled, shaking her head. "There's no such thing as a stupid question, Jilly. And the food doesn't get brought out, so to say. It appears on the tables after the Sorting ceremony is complete. It's magic, an answer you'll probably get a lot around here," she replied. It was all new to her back then too, she remembered. Kim hadn't known magic was even real, especially since Kiley had tried to convince her otherwise when they were children. When they came here, though, everything changed for her. Her mind had been opened, and now anything was possible. Emotional and motivational speech thoughts aside, Jilly asked another question. "Sports? We definitely have sports here. Every house has a Quidditch team, and we play against each other for the Quidditch Cup. There's no restrictions on gender or anything, as long as you can play, practice hard, all that stuff. I'm actually the Vice Captain for Gryffindor's team," she said with pride, puffing her chest out as if the spotlight was on her. "As for the skirt, you'd have to talk to the Headmaster about the uniform requirements. Maybe he can make some adjustments for you." Kim, while talking about uniforms and boasting about her newest title, had forgotten to ask if Jillian even knew what Quidditch was. Maybe she didn't, maybe she did. Even still, the thought hadn't crossed her mind.

"Quidditch?" Jillian asked intrigued "Oh! I remember a boy on the train telling me about that but it got confusing after he really got into it." She likely have to learn more about it before she could try for it. "Can you tell me the basics, sports get complicated when you don't know much about them." She asked interested in a sport she may be able to channel her energy too. Perhaps she could later ask the headmaster about letting her wear leggings not tights, it bee a decent compromise right

Return of the Mack, get up! What it is, what it does, what it is, what it isn't. Looking for a better way to get up out of bed Instead of getting on the Internet and checking a new hit me. XXXXXXXXXXX Gryffindor Sixth Year ღ Halfblood ღ Single ┏━━━━━☆━━━━━┓ Annie waved goodbye to Emma and walked over to her table sighing as she noticed that Gid was over at the Ravenclaw table with Rhys (she wondered if they got together yet for real or if it was just another Hogwarts rumor, she really hoped for the former though) and she didn't see Jazzy anywhere so she was forced to spend the sorting alone with her thoughts. At least that's what she thought until she spotted Emma sliding into a seat with a younger Hufflepuff, both girl's blushing (she could see it from her seat at the table good lord) while she sent encouraging vibes and thumbs up to her friend. If anyone needed to get herself a lady love it was her bestie. Everything looked to be going alright until Hannah slid by them practically popping the mood bubble with a cartoonishly large pin. Admittedly she might've been a tad dramatic when she smacked her head on the table and started groaning "noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!" which frightened two or three students besides her. Annie would worry about them never, Emma needed to get back on track!! She tried to catch her friend's eye while mouthing "KEEP TALKING" hoping she'd see her signs. ]"I ┗━━━━━☆━━━━━┛ ☯Wearing ☯Where ~ Gryffindor Table ☯With ~ people ☯What ~ watching s**t go down Get up! Richard Indigo Devereux Third Year Gryffindor Black Sheep of the Family Location : Great Hall - Gryffindor Table
Richard split off from Garnet as they entered the great hall. Heading over to the Gryffindor table, he spotted Fianna. “Fianna hey, how was your summer?” He asked as he looked to the sorting. He waited to see his cousin. Despite knowing where the younger Devereux would end up Richard still wanted to see it. “You know anyone being sorted?” He asked her after a bit.
When Julius’ name was called, Richard waited. The hat hadn’t even touched his cousin’s head before it called out Slytherin. ‘What did it do graze his head…?’ Richard thought. What a show off… With a sigh he noticed Julius go over and sit with two of his housemates. He had clapped for his younger cousin despite not really caring at all.
Even after his cousin was sorted the third year Gryffindor still watched the sorting. There was one other person he was interested in knowing about, Chrys. When her name was called he waited for the verdict. When Gryffindor was called out Richard clapped for her. She was a friend and now a housemate something he was happy for. He watched her as she went over to not their house table but the Ravenclaw table. Seemed like one of the Ravenclaw’s that had been sorted, was having some problems. Hopefully everything was alright.

Fianna Grey Gryffindor │ Fourth Year │ Fourteen Years Old │ Single
Fianna was happy and a bit relieved when Richard appeared, as she was really starting to wonder where everybody had gone off to. Was there an alternate party folks were invited to, except for her, maybe? "Summer was loads of fun," she told Richard. "Got a bunch of cool pictures from the Music Festival we went to, and the Irish team match."
When she was asked about knowing anybody being Sorted, she shook head, and said, "Not that I know of, but I'm guessing you do." She guessed Julius was a relation of Richard's, as there couldn't be too many wizards named Devereaux in the world. Her blue eyes went a little wide when she saw the Sorting Hat barely get near the new student's head before announcing 'Slytherin'; at least with her, it seemed like it needed at least a moment to figure out her place, with Julius, not so much apparently. "Wow, that didn't take long," she commented, before clapping loudly when a new lion was called to their fold. "So how about you? How was your summer? Do anything fun?"
