Crash adjusted his school robes; the sleeves were slick against the lotion that kept the ink on his arms fresh. He hastily had time to change into his school uniform before the train had churned to a slow roll at Hogsmeade Station. The gryffindor had gotten caught in the corridor when the doors rolled open and an army of footsteps stampeded closer. He managed to hop right out and avoid the flood before it began. A nostalgic wave washed over him, it was his seventh and final year here. He'd need to find a job, hopefully one in Hogsmeade before he graduates, but before all of that, he still needed to decide on a vice-captain for the quidditch team. He was a little biased in his opinions; Crash could admit that. But if he was going to work with someone, it had to be someone he could tolerate. He had a few choices in mind, but who was to say any one of them would even want to join the team this year? Well, that was a sobering thought, but maybe that was his problem, he was thinking too much. Instead of rushing outside to find the carriages, he hung around with his back leaned against the station walls. Maybe he'll find his vice-captain hopeful?

Ashley hopped off the train, his eyes already scanning the crowd for Anastasia and Yvonne. Yvonne most likely had stayed in Hogsmeade, however the teen had yet to see Anastasia anywhere. Then again, she could be with Kamenev, since the two seemed to be seeing a lot of each other. Ptolemy was wrapped securely around his shoulders, and the snake hissed in his ear, "She isn't here yet. Or the other one. Maybe you offended them?"
Ashley rolled his eyes and hissed back to his serpentine companion. "If that were the case, I think we would have heard something by now. At least Yvonne would have sent an owl. Probably make it a Howler just to get her point across." At least Yvonne was easy to figure out. Well, sometimes. He wasn't sure exactly what it was about that girl that intrigued him so much. Maybe it was just her perspective on the world. He knew his own views were influenced by his family. Which, speaking of family, he started looking for Micah, knowing his sister was in the morass of students somewhere "Come on, Micah is somewhere around."
It wasn't like he didn't trust Micah to be on her own. However, there were a lot of students that didn't exactly measure up to his family's views, and he didn't know how she'd react to them. Possibly friendly, possibly not. He knew that he was a bit worried about where she would be placed. He was most definitely a Slytherin, while her? Not so much. He stroked Ptolemy lightly as the snake hissed his agreement in his ear. Together, the two started peering around the platform for Ashley's elusive friends and sister.

º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø"I like swimming," ¦Gunilda Stone¦ Slytherin Third-year
"Having fun," Gunilda stepped off the train, her hair ruffled slightly by the wind. Her summer had been full of potion making, as per usual, and she didn't look very different...only softened. The girl had started to grow a little, her eyelashes were longer and her cheeks and lips were pinched with hints of pink. She looked around the platform, looking for anyone she knew, but people were still just getting off the train. She looked up towards the familiar castle with it's yearly feast waiting inside; it's good to be back. Her hands in her pocket thumbed the dungbombs she always carried around, tempted to drop one, but one glance ahead told her that a teacher would see straight away, especially as the crowd hadn't grown a lot yet. Hoping to see someone she knew, she hung around for a little while at the door of the carriage she had exited, watching students filter out at an ever increasing speed.

𝔇mitri 𝕲rigori 𝔎amenev я никому не уступлю of house Slytherin ___________ Sixteen Years Old Sixth Year, Captain ☭ Dmitri stretched once he stepped off the train, it was impossible not to. The station was idle for now, it seemed most of the students were still on the train. It meant Ana was hiding somewhere in there. He searched for her, but only elusively. He was still rather tight-lipped on his emotions, but it didn't seem to matter much when they were snogging—nothing did, really. It was invigorating, actually. But Dmitri was too stubborn to really admit just how enamored he'd really become. When there was still no sign of the Slytherin blonde, he opted to seek out one of his teammates (and her friend) for an official matter. ”Yaxley,” his accent was diluted over the years. ”I have a proposition for you,” he nodded. He supposed it was rather obvious at this point. But why ruin the novelty? And, if in the meantime, Anastasia just so happens to find them, well then, all the better.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~Iñigo Albion-Alexandré ~~~~~~~~~~~14|Fourth Year|Ravenclaw|Seer "The best way to keep something bad from happening is to see it ahead of time..." Iñigo walked off the train after sitting with his friends Alice and Jasper the whole time. It truly was a good time, despite Lexine not being there. Iñigo was only glad that he had other friends too. He didn't want to have Lexine as his only friend. That would've been a little anti social to say the least. Iñigo wanted to just have a few friends, but not more than the number of friends he had. Three was good enough. Truthfully speaking, the more friends you have, the more likely to be betrayed by one of them. Not betrayed in the sense that they would ruin his life, but they would be able to hurt him. So that's why he kept the amount of friends he had and never really tried hard to make any more. He did try to make friends with Eleazar, but that was more because they were in the same year and probably shared remote similarities.
As soon as his right foot hit the pavement, he smiled. "Good to be back," he said, hoping Alice and Jasper were behind him, mainly because he wasn't too particularly keen on being a person known to talk to himself. And that's when he looked back to see if his friends had followed him. "and you can't see it if you refuse to face the possibility."
Dylan Burgamy Ravenclaw │ Second Year │ 12 Years Old │ Single
Dylan swiftly made his way off the train, forcing his now messy hair down and adjusting his robes that were a bit loose around the shoulders. He cleared his throat, his hands full of his things, mostly the books needed for the new school year. He was almost in awe of the whole thing, even though he had already gotten through a full year of being in a magical school. He frowned at his composure right now, with his palms sweaty and his hands shaking. It was even worse last year, which he found incredibly surprising that he was able to get through that. It was a bit more mellow this year, although he was still a bit nervous. He seemed to be one of the few off the train, although the others he saw he had not recognized. They all looked much older. Robin 'Theo' Gibbs House: Gryffindor{|}Dueler{|}Fifth Year Theo walked outside the train after sitting with the girl Rory, wondering what he was to do next. He actually secretly wondered where Alexandria was, because he truly still enjoyed her company...maybe because she actually had asked him to duel her. He loved the fact that she did that, but it didn't really help him get over his attraction for her. Actually, it had the exact opposite effect on him and sort of made it stronger, but he would have to fight it for now, knowing that he still had to prove to her that he was more mature than he had once been. He still wasn't quite sure how he would go about doing that, but he figured he would think of something sooner or later. He wasn't extremely intelligent by any means, but he was still smart and was well off. Sooner or later, he knew he would prove it to her.
But for now...he had to keep walking, not knowing where any of his friends were...well, he figured Rory was close behind him, speaking that she sat with him and probably left right after him, but he hadn't talked to her very many times. This was the first time he actually spent anymore than a half hour around her, speaking that the Sorting Ceremony was mostly done when she had found a way to stab him via fork, something he still laughed about. It truly was an interesting game...the one she had been playing.
So, instead of really looking for anyone, he trudged forward, at a pace that was probably slower than a tortoise. He had no place to be at the moment. All the students were still on the train, barring a few of them; so really, since all of the carriages were probably the same anyway, except the prefect one of course, he had no true place to be at the moment. All he knew is that he was going to be dining like a king at the feast. He was the most hungry he had ever been. He didn't even think about bringing food this time around. I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.
❋Benjamin Rivers-Blakely❋ Second year|Ravenclaw|12
⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗ Benjamin got off the train, not really knowing what to do. He had not seen Ari...Nina...or anyone that he knew for that matter. He hadn't made very many friends during his first year, probably because he didn't really attempt to, but he figured he should probably change that soon. Then again, having friends really didn't help him in the long run: didn't it? He really didn't care too much, but instead just walked forward, not knowing what to do first. He figured he would go to the carriages, which he was instructed to do awhile ago. But, seeing that the train ride literally was the most boring ride he has ever done, and the fact that he had to even result to reading a textbook for fun, he didn't know how much he really wanted to go through that again.
"Did this place get smaller?" he asked himself as he stepped off of the train and into the open. It did seem to get smaller, but it was actually the polar opposite that was the reason for it. He was getting bigger...he had grown around four inches over the summer and hadn't even realized it. He went from being four feet, ten inches, to being a pretty lanky for his age five feet, two inches, and the best part was...that wasn't even his growth spurt. His father was six feet, four inches; so he was bound to be somewhere around there. He hoped he did get there too, because of course, that would be awesome. ⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗ OOC: Open For Interaction
Dani stepped down from the train, and started looking around for her friends.
She'd taken the time to trade her outfit from the morning for her school uniform. This year her grandmother traded out all of her school clothes and substituted those made for her by the family's tailor. So she departed the train in a frilly white blouse with puffy sleeves, with a fitted gray vest, matching her school skirt and knee socks, and a polished pair of black leather Mary Janes. Her school robes did much to guard against the slight chill in the crisp autumn air.
Slung over her shoulder was the cat carrier, though Sassafras was riding in it, the top was fully unzipped so she wouldn't feel trapped. Even so, it still felt like there was a twenty pound bowling ball strapped to her side. All that was forgotten the moment she saw somebody she'd hoped to see.
Instantly she spotted Crash, called out "Crash!" and rushed over to him. Immediately she hugged the Seventh Year, and told him breathlessly, "I missed seeing you. I'm so excited for this year; I can't wait for tryouts."
Eli grinned as he hopped down from the train, his glasses and hat tucked safely away that he usually wore. It was nice, being able to be back at the castle. Then again, home had been rather boring, and he couldn't exactly explain to his friends about the school he attended. He only said it was any geek's dream. He doubted they would believe him anyway, considering his own flights of fancy. Rubbing the back of his head, the albino looked up and down the platform before frowning and noticing Dani standing a bit away and made his way over. Apparently she was talking to one of the older students in her house, so the Ravenclaw slung an arm around her shoulders. "Hey Dani, what's up? Have a good summer?"
He then noticed the wardrobe change and blinked. Wait, those looked a lot different than the type he usually saw her in. Made his clothes look shabby, even though the male's clothes were relatively new. Cocking an eyebrow, he looked her over. "So what happened? Your house explode and all your clothes ruined or something? I mean, you look nice, I just didn't think you'd be wearing, well, okay, shutting up now." He blushed and frowned, trying to hide the fact that he probably shoved his foot into his mouth beneath his hair. Maybe he wouldn't look like the guy that insulted one of his best friends.
UNSORTEDFIRSTYEAR xxxxxRadha jumped off the train. To be honest, she was a bit annoyed. She didn't want to be learning at a school. That was boring! She would much rather be off with her cousin James. The girl had left a while ago to find some mysterious object to help her sister. Radha hadn't seen Akira in a while either. She had been too busy hanging out with her boyfriend. And so, Radha was made to go to Hogwarts.
xxxxxThe train ride wasn't too bad. She had spoken to the people in her cabin, but she couldn't seem to find them now. 'Oh well,' she sighed in her mind. Now was the time for making new friends. If she stuck to a group now, Radha knew that she would be less likely to make friends later on. However, it would be nice to find at least someone to talk to. The girl couldn't stand being alone. It was as if she were in a fishbowl and everyone was looking in, judging her. The redhead felt as though she looked quite lost. Perhaps someone would come talk to her out of pity.
XXXXXXXXXX My silence was the silence, silence of rocks, My silence, it was the silence of the stones, Rocks and stones, Rocks, stones and trees; Of the landscapes Full of ups and downs. ❝Timothy had sat on the train and listened as to the talk around him as Mira and Benjamin steadily began to talk amongst one another. He knew it was a work in progress but at least both Slytherin's were trying. At the question about advanced flying he had shaken his head not even wanting to consider going out for the quidditch team again thank you very much! If he was completely honest, it hadn't been so bad being on the team; Echo had been just about the only person who used his actual name, Gypsy acted just like Tanya (if his sister had icing in her veins instead of blood) and the rest of the team hadn't pushed him around just because he was a rookie reserve. It had been nice. Still wasn't going to make him tryout again, not unless he absolutely had to. When they finally pulled up to Hogsmeade station he grinned seeing the castle in the distance and picked up Aurora who snuggled in his arms. He didn't want her to accidentally get trampled and she never liked her cat carrier which was with the rest of his luggage. As he stepped off the train, he spotted a few fellow Ravenclaws and waved to the ones he was acquainted with while he waited on the side for his friends to get off. ❞
The seventh year never considered himself to be a friend of the younger years; it wasn't often he spoke to them, anyway. Usually during the sorting feast or quidditch practices, he wasn't unfriendly, he just generally never had much to say. It came as a barreling surprise when a rush of crimson and gold charged right at him armed with a hug. He had to raise one arm to shield the young girl from colliding against his skateboard that hung from his hand, the other awkwardly curled around in a brief hug. ”Heeey,” he greeted her cheekily, a small chuckle under his breath. ”Good to see ya'. Try outs'll be great, though it's too bad David and Jacob had to graduate. Oh—Sorry I couldn't try to make plans for a scrimmage over the summer,” he admitted quickly. He remembered at least, he just—well, he just didn't want to get into the details of it.
”Cute cat,” he nodded down towards the feline mostly hidden from view. The fact that it hadn't escaped and jolted for freedom was enough to surprise him. He was more of a dog person, really. Still, it was pretty cute and fluffy—for a cat. When one of her friends approached, Crash offered a pointed nod in greeting. He quirked a brow at the Ravenclaw's comment though, then glanced over Dani but couldn't seem to notice anything different.
