There were bigger fish to fry. Namely, Milan has gotten the quaffle again. Maybe Áedán could manage a second hit on him today? After finding a bludger through the snow, he shot it at Milan. Karah may have stolen the quaffle back, but knowing Wellbelove, he would be hot on her trail. Better to catch him early.

And against Yarrick, no less! Erikk shot her a satisfied smirk at her shouts. Flick better have been watching for that one.
No sense in going after his cousin more than necessary. Áedán went for Milan, but unfortunately his bludger was off the mark. Erikk swooped in with a smack of his bat, aiming to correct the course. The visibility caused some issues though, leading to the bludger to collide with his arm in a way that wracked through his whole body. "Agh...!"

It took Brianna a bit, but she was able to get herself turned around, and she flew in toward Milan, in hopes of stealing the ball while he was otherwise occupied with the incoming Bludger.

Milan was focused on preventing a steal from Brianna, so much so that he failed to notice the bludger flying straight for him. As he fended off the steal, the iron cannonball slammed into his leg, shattering the bone underneath. Another agonized cry left him, a layer of tears in his dark eyes. He didn't have much left in him. But, with the quaffle still in play, he pushed on, teeth gnashing as he tried to ignore the pain, as well as the blood he felt pooling up. He could do this. He could do this... probably.

Dang it! She missed the save and the bludger hit Milan... hard. He was a pro, though, playing on regardless. Yarrick decided it was time for revenge, taking aim once more at Aedan. She was determined to hit him this time!

Well, nothing to be done about that. He'd owe him an apology in the Hospital Wing if it was bad enough to warrent the visit, but he seemed to be flying fine still, so he must have been fine. While he was worrying, a bludger came at him from Yarrick. Áedán easily flew up above it, then chased after. He hit it right back at her.
