Kasamir was flying around as the game got going, looking for a Bludger and a target for one. He soon spotted one which was screaming toward their Captain. Afron already missed his shot, so now it was time for the Russian to take his shot.
With an audible clang, Kasamir struck he iron ball solidly, and sent it spinning wildly off towards Everly.

Dang, her shot was blocked. But Kasamir sent it off toward Everly, so Yarrick dove in to try and prevent the hit. She angled it, hoping it toward Brianna once again.

Brianna's eyes grew wide as she saw the Bludger just as it plowed into her, hitting her left leg like a rifle shot. She bit down on her lip, so the yelp of pain wouldn't carry. It was at that point, the First Year Ravenclaw got the Quaffle from her, spoiling another promising drive. Focusing past the red haze of pain, she thought, 'Better a leg than my arm; don't need the leg to fly or shoot, if I can get it that far.'
The Sixth Year put herself through another punishing aerobatic manuever, so she could try recovering the ball, yet again.

Pain served as a suitable motivator, for Brianna as she executed a near textbook-perfect drive-by steal from the young Ravenclaw, something she'd practiced at length against her older brother. Securing the Quaffle under arm, she started her drive on the Ravenclaw goals anew.
