spaceWhitney wasn't entirely sure this would work out in his favor, but it felt wrong not to at least check it out. His father was an actor, even if he was an actor for a group that specialized in BSL performances for Deaf audiences. Whitney loved the theater, so he wanted to at least see if there was a way he could participate in the drama club here at school, even if he had a feeling the club leaders would never let him act. He could, even if the other actors were hearing and no one used sign, after all he could memorize just fine and read cues. But, he knew his dad's attempts to work with other production companies were often met with 'it's too much extra effort', so he wouldn't be surprised if he got the same here. Especially since this wasn't a professional environment.
spaceStill, he would be a damn good tech, and was great at stuff like costuming and lights. He approached the two who looked like they were in charge, and couldn't help but snort because they made quite the pair. He took a form, filled it out, and handed it to them without a word. Once he'd gotten the official stuff out of the way, he checked out the crowd. One of his dormmates, Cel, was talking to two boys in their year already. He considered joining them, but decided against it. Too many people to try and keep up with in one conversation where no one would know BSL, most likely. He wished Jin was with him, but even he wasn't mean enough to drag his shy best friend to this mess. He could make other friends. He just needed it to be no more than two people at a time.

spaceNath was glad that the drama club had been enough of a success the year before that they were continuing it. He was also glad that Theo had agreed to join with him again, since he would've felt awkward without his best friend there. He grinned as he entered the room, Theo behind him with a tray of cupcakes. He was pretty sure his friend had elected himself the unofficial snack provider, and didn't think anyone was going to complain about it. He was sort of unsure about how things would go this year, with Rory and Candy running things, but he had every confidence they'd figure it out.
spaceNath filled out his form quickly, and handed it in before stepping away to make room for any other students who showed up. The crowd wasn't as big as last year, he didn't think, anyway. But, that was to be expected, since last year it had been the new, exciting thing. There were some first years though, so hopefully that meant the club would grow as the years progressed. He grinned at Theo."So, what plays did you suggest?"he asked curiously. His own suggestion had remained the same, just because he reasoned that if he put it enough times, eventually they'd do it. Like lottery numbers, or something. He hoped.

Nathaniel Ellerly - Ravenclaw Year: Third Play Suggestion: Cats Relevant Skills: I have a lot of tech skills but my primary talents are in set design and building. Painting as well, though building is my strong suit.
spaceCeleste entered the room and filled out her form quickly enough, eager to hand it in and observe the year's crowd. She found Finny easily enough (it was handy, having a best friend with blue hair) and joined her, assessing the group that had collected in the classroom."How do you think things will go this year?"she asked. She recognized much of the crowd, and there were a few first years milling about as well. To her surprise, there were quite a few boys present, while last year it'd seemed rather like they were mostly girls. She was curious as to how their new club captains would run things. Candy was nice enough, but Rory was quite the opposite. There was no telling if that would balance out, or if it would cause problems. She hoped for the former, but feared the latter would be the case.
Celeste Kinsley - Hufflepuff Year: Third Play Suggestion: A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night Relevant Skills: Do you know how to sew? Is your makeup game on point? Can you build things? Excellent with Charms? Whatever you can think of, we can probably find a use for!

Maura hoped she wasn't late, this castle was much bigger than any building the first year had ever been in before so she wasn't quite as good at getting around as she had hoped. Entering the club room she almost sighed in relief before her usual grin etched it's way onto her face. She sauntered up and took one of the forms and began filling it out.
Glancing around the room she noticed a few of her fellow Gryffindor's along with a boy she remembered seeing in her flying lesson. If she was remembering correctly, he had said he was deaf. After she filled out her form she went over and taped on the boy's shoulder."'Ey! a'm Maura! Ye excited fur th' club?" She honestly couldn't remember the boys name so hopefully he understood her and told her his name, if not she would just have to ask.

Lucy cursed as she ran through the hallways to the room that the Drama Club had their meetings. It was their first meeting of the year and she'd been distracted by her newest project to notice the time; it was only by chance that she looked up outside to see how late it was. After last year's success with Wicked (she'd been over the moon after landing the role of Glinda and she had so much fun at the rehearsals and working on the costumes with the others), she was excited to work on another play again. Hopefully, they'll do just as great if not better this year, she had faith in Candy as the new co-head and she had more fun working with Rory than she expected to.
The room was already corwded by the time she arrived and she sheepishly waved as she entered, greeting everyone with a hello. "Sorry I'm so late, I got distracted," she said with an embarrassed smile, filling a form and handing it back.
Lucinda Jacobs - Gryffindor Year: Sixth Play Suggestion: Tempest, or maybe Peter Pan? Relevant Skills: I'm really good at sewing, designing, drawing and charms, and I can act and work really well with people. I've been here last year, you've seen me

spaceRory wondered if it meant that he was losing his mind, that he was actually somewhat disappointed about the fact that this was his last year of this stupid club. Granted, the whole reason it'd been started in the first place was because Kiki wanted to help him out, but it wasn't like he'd asked her to do it. He sure as hell hadn't asked her to leave him in charge of it. Even if she was nice enough (hah) to leave it to both him and Candy to take some of the pressure off. Which, he was at least willing to admit he appreciated. As crazy as Candy made him sometimes, he did appreciate her. And even like her, a fact that made him wonder how much his eleven year old self would hate his seventeen year old self. Then again, his eleven year old self was a little shite, so who was even asking him?
spaceRory gave his head a light shake, setting the forms down. The turnout last year hadn't been as big as the previous year when Kiki had been in charge, but it hadn't been completely horrible either, so he was trying to be optimistic. And wondering when the hell he suddenly became an optimist. Sighing, he climbed up on top of a desk to sit on it, facing towards the door as if staring would make the other members appear."Cannae wait tae see whit ridiculous plays thay come up wi' fur suggestions this year,"he told his co-captain with a snort."Though, ah think ah ken a few awready. Some o' thaim seem tae pick th' identical thing ilka year."Actually, he knew for a fact that at least one member did just that; one of the Ravenclaws (Nathan? Eh, something close to that) had declared he was going to keep suggesting 'Cats' until they performed it. Rory prayed he didn't get anyone in on that crusade this year; no way he wanted to deal with a musical, especially not that musical. He shuddered just thinking about it.

Candace really did enjoy her time with Rory. She assumed she might have grown on him. Besides he made Kimberly happy so that made him perfect in her books. She might have been hard on him at first maybe even weary. However, her fears had since vanished. Being co-captains for the drama club would certainly do that. Plus, Kiki had a way of being reassuring. As a Hufflepuff she was bound to see the good in Rory even if he didn’t want her to at first.
Honestly it was a bit sad that this would be their final year at Hogwarts. They’d become friends over the years. What would happen when they all graduated and went off into different fields? Candace prayed she’d keep all her friends from school. In a community like the wizarding one she was sure it was possible. It wasn’t overly big to begin with. Now she just felt like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. Shaking the thought out of her head, Candy looked to Rory as he spoke.
“Tell me about it. They sure come up with interesting suggestions.” Candace said hopping onto the desk next to him. “If only they’d keep mixing it up.” She added before a though popped into her head. “Hey, you don’t suppose that one Ravenclaw… Nath I believe it was… is literally serious about picking Cats every year? Not that I have any thing against the suggestion, I just don’t want him to get his hopes up.” Candace wondered about it. Honestly, she probably would do the same if she felt that passionate about it.
Loyal to not only others, but also yourself. I know exactly what to do with you! Hufflepuff!

Maura entered the familiar room for the drama club, practically beaming. The show last year had been a lot of fun, she hadn't expected to enjoy acting as much as she did. She hoped though that this year they would pick a musical, after all that's where her real talents were.

✿✫❀✮Elvira was excited for another year in drama club having enjoyed assisting the directors in the previous years. She may not be able to sew more than a button draw an non-crooked flower, but she definitely tell another teenager where and when to move. She walked into the room still thinking of a play to suggest for the year having hit a blank since the oldest members who generally played starring roles had graduated and she didn't know who or how many were joining this year. It'd be bad to suggest a larger theme and then get disappointed due to a small number of people. After grabbing the piece of paper she gave the two captains a polite smile while still thinking of a piece.
Elvira Hughes - Ravenclaw Year: Third Play Suggestion: Sherlock Holmes Relevant Skills: I'm good at direction and micromanagement and decent at charms and transfiguration.

.¸¸.•´´¯`•Laili practically skipped into the drama room already imagining the pretty sets and costumes she'd get to help with this year. As long as she didn't get pushed on stage again like last time she'd be great. Even though she played a rather minor character with barely any lines, the very fact she'd been on stage at all with people staring at her and pretty much killed her. She was about ninety percent certain she micro-fainted if that was an actual thing. She didn't see many people there yet, which was ok most drama people weren't ever on time, but she did spot Vira who was busy filling out her form to see her. The Hufflepuff quickly grabbed a form and sneakily crept up behind her before poking her in the side giggling as she jumped not even slightly scared by her glare and scowl (it looked more like a pout not like she'd ever believe it). "I'm getting a bell for you I swear, what if I been holding something dangerous?" the Ravenclaw demanded looking up at her slightly taller friend. "Idunno, prolly say 'please don't hit or stab me with whatever dangerous object you're holding'? But c'mon, I saw you before I came over here, you just have a pen!" Laili defended with an easy grin pulling out her own to fill out the paper. Elvira just hmm'd and gave her a look. "It's almost like you forget who I regularly hang out with." Laili had to think for a second who she might be talking to before she remembered that she slept in the same room with one of them. Though what Desi and pens had to do with one another she'd never know.

Aurora was super excited to hit the drama club. She’d never acted on a stage before, but she felt she’d be good at it. There was no way she was going to not go. She thought about asking her cousin Quinn if he’d like to come but decided to leave him be. Besides she could always talk him into joining the astronomy club with her. Maybe she’d convince him next year to help with the scenery next year or something.
Walking into the drama club room, Aurora glanced around. There were a number of people already there. She went over to the forms and quickly filled hers out. Placing her suggestion, she set it on the pile. She couldn’t wait to see what they were going to end up doing. It was going to be loads of fun. She just knew it.
Aurora Devereux - Hufflepuff Year: First Year Play Suggestion: Beauty and the Beast or Tangled Relevant Skills: I'm a really good dancer & I can play flute, violin, and Piano. Anything performing arts wise I've got a knack for.
After another successful performance last year, Lucy was really looking forward to seeing what they were going to do this year, maybe another musical? It'd be strange and kind of sad with Tiernan and Alby gone, but they'd have to make do. This was going to be her last year, which was sad enough, but even with her NEWTs to worry about, she couldn't wait to begin working on this year's production costumes, the acting being a bonus. There weren't many people in the club when she arrived, but Lucy waved at everyone and greeted them with a hello as she filled out her form and gave her suggestions.
Lucinda Jacobs - Gryffindor Year: Sevebth year Play Suggestion: Peter Pan, or maybe Electra Relevant Skills: I'm great at Charms, sewing, designing and art in general and acting.

OPHELIA. SELWYN________ Second Year, Hufflepuff_____ ══════════════════════___
Ophelia had been excited to learn about the Drama Club last year, unfortunately for her, it had been too late to join by the time she knew it had even existed. She had to show her support by attending the debut of Macbet. Ever since, the day to join had been marked in her calender. Her excitement bubbled above the surface, she couldn't contain the toothy grin devouring half her face, or the bright eyed wonder in her eyes bulging out of her skull. There were already a handful of people here, hardly any of them she knew asides from her classmates. Even though, she barely knew more than their names. Ophie filled out the provided form and gravitated to the only other second year in the group. Smiling sheepishly she said, ”Hullo, you're Maura, right? I'm Ophelia, but you can call me Ophie. I don't think we've actually met before yet, but I've seen you in all of my classes.”

Edric was bored. He teased the idea of playing quidditch, but, ultimately decided it wasn't for him. The thought of the other clubs piqued his interest in one way or another, but only for so long. Drama seemed much more hands-on and mulch-dimensional, and besides, he fancied the idea of playing pretend, for real this time. Being someone else—anyone else—was far preferable than being the confused mess he was all the time. At least in a play, he was sure of who he was and what he was doing. Edric had filled his form out and dropped it with the pile of others shortly after Aurora had, he recognized her from their classes together and moved to greet her. ”'Ey, 'a 're ya doin' today?”

Leah Ruby League Ravenclaw Third Year Thirteen Years Old - Pureblood - Dancer
Younger Sister
Location : Drama Club
Leah had enjoyed the drama club last year. Walking in she’d already decided she was going to stick with what she’d suggested the year prior. Not because she really wanted to do it but because it was still very much an interest of hers. Grabbing a form, she promptly filled it out and put it on the pile. The third year hadn’t minded her role last year when they did Macbeth. It only made her wonder what they’d do this year. Deciding to wait she kept to herself. Leah wasn’t exactly the social butterfly her sister was. She definitely wasn’t the most popular either. Then again, the Ravenclaw wasn’t trying to be. She just wanted to get through school with minimal lectures and peep talks.
