spaceGypsy was unsurprised when Xavier managed to intercept her pass, although a bit disappointed when the first year didn't try to steal. She sighed, figuring the girl probably wouldn't manage it anyway, but some initiative would've been nice. Ah, well. She swooped after Xavier and made a grab for the Quaffle.

Moving around a bit more, although slower, Lexine continued her search for the golden ball. She was a bit distracted by the actual game going on above her (she hadn't realised how low she was), but quickly went back to looking for the ball, so she hurried off to move about as much as possible, her eyes looking closely for the snitch.

Iñigo had another go at bludger as he flew up to it and attempted to smack. He really wanted another hit and he made sure to focus just like he did on his second attempt. He hoped he could get a hit, but he knew that he couldn't get his hopes up either. But also found a way to be somewhat confident that he was going to hit it as well...or at least connect with it...

He smiled as he made a connection with the bludger, smacking it as hard as he could and making quite the connection with it. He hit the dummy with relative ease, the force of the bludger even knocking it back pretty far. A wide smile stayed on his face through the whole thing, but he also couldn't get too confident, but he figured he was doing okay.

Asterisk had watch at Gypsy get the ball and attempted to pass it to the first year. Xavier had easily took the quaffle with ease. Asterisk had made this a her shot to be a bit more intimidating than she was at that moment. When the first year began to follow Xavier, Asterisk sped up to meet the same speed as her. Asterisk made sure she was close enough to the first year to be able to push her off if she really wanted to. She wouldn't since it was against rules but the closeness with how high they were in the sky, anyone would be nervous. Asterisk didn't even make eye contact with Eva, since she can see the first by the corner of her eye. Her job was to keep Eva from stealing the quaffle and show that she was able to defend her team in any way possible. She just hopped Xavier let her have the quaffle at some point.

He had to make sure he stayed level headed because when he was too confident, a bludger broke his arm. At least, that's what happened in the Gryffindor Game last term.

Eva hardly noticed when Asterisk got closer to her. It was only when she has right next to her that she became aware. Nothing too bad, I can deal with this... She looked at the boy and saw the quaffle in his possession and decided to go after it. She had missed her chance before, but it was time to try again. She flew ahead of Asterisk and veered left, getting close to the bow with the ball, she attempted to swipe it.

Asterisk has watched as the first year attempted to steal the quaffle. She had taken the time time to move closer to Xavier as well, not to steal the quaffle, more like assistance if the quaffle was stolen. Eva had failed to steal and Xavier soon looked at Asterisk before passing her the ball. She nodded a thank you and quickly flew farther away from Eva, knowing the first year would try to steal the quaffle again. Asterisk had no doubt that she should pass Xavier back the ball rather than trying to shoot but she decided to attempt it anyways. She looked at Xavier again and then to the hoops, trying to non-verbally tell him she's fine going to attempt to through it.
