 The Sorting Hat Dandeleon  Tulio Sterne
1st Year : Male : Unsorted
Bored Tulio wasn't looking at anything in particular. He wanted to make new friends, but it seems nobody wanted to speak too much since they were all intimidated by the stares from all the older students and professors. It was not supposed to be like this, he remembered. He had always imagined his first sorting to be something amazing. Of course, those things can only exist in his daydreams.
He fixed a stray crease in his uniform, then straightened his back. Tulio wondered if anybody in the school actually wears the designated wizard's hat. Apparently, all the ironing he made the house elves do was going to waste.
Tulio walked straight to the hat when it was his turn. The inside was hollow. Too bad, he thought. Then again, maybe there could be a good idea as to what he could do with the insides of a hat that must have probably been worn by every single head that was currently in this school. I could put a small pocket for exploding slime, then set it to go off whenever that person does something to annoy me. Of course, it'll be in the middle of class. What delicious fun.
Tulio smirked. As long as this hat was the one they used every year, no younger student would be able to escape him. I am also possessive when it comes to what is mine. I can be very neat, bordering on obsessive compulsive when it comes to my belongings. I take many mental lists and notes about where everything is. I quickly notice it if something is not in its proper place.
Even so, I am a loyal friend and a willing worker for anything you would like me to do. I am also a romantic, so expect me to flirt a lot if we are friends.

First Year Student
Zack stepped into the Great Hall with the other students. He was very nervous as he awaited his turn to be sorted. He looked around the room to try and spot out his brother and sister, but he didn't happen to see them. He didn't have much time to examine everything before his name was called to be sorted.
Zack gave a nervous sigh and stepped up to the front of the Great Hall. He sat down in the chair before him and awaited for the sorting hat to be placed upon his head. His eyes squinted shut as he could feel everyone's attention placed upon himself. His empty stomach churned with a bit of fear.
'What if I'm sorted into a house that I'm not supposed to be in... Oh gosh please don't let it be Gryffindor. I'll never hear the end of it from my brother...' Zack thought to himself.

People say that, in a nutshell, I'm very outgoing. I love to meet new people and experience new things. I'm very energetic and I'm very outdoorsy. People usually tell me I'm very talkative. I'm a tomboy and can be very tough when I need to be and I'm very protective of and loyal to my friends. I'm very kind and loving. I usually trust too easily and I give everyone the benifit of the doubt. If I'm wronged, I hold grudges and its not easy to win my trust back. Eoin walked into the hall, curious eyes taking in everything. He found that he thought the hall to be beautiful, just like the parts of the school he’d seen so far. As he walked he looked up to see a professor, a stool, and an odd hat. ’that’s is?’ He wasn’t nervous to be sorted but simply wished it were over already so he wouldn’t have to question where he’d end up.
╚═══════〖Company: The students and Staff〗═══════╝ Or do you want me to lie to myself and try to like you?  -RenNuest- People say that, in a nutshell, I'm many things, but most range from quiet, apathetic, honest, introverted, and temperamental but I wont go to much into that . When I say in quiet I don't mean that Im shy. I simply don't have much to say to most people, but I must stress that I am nowhere near shy. The word doesn't apply to me in the slightest. When it comes to being apathetic I honestly know I don't care for other peoples emotions. I don't necessarily understand others emotions or even my own half of the time therefore I choose not to be bothered with them. Not caring suits me better. With this being said I must say that just because I don't care doesn't mean Im cruel or completely indifferent to others Im just not the guy to come to if you need someone to talk to. Honesty is something I get into trouble with because Im too honest. Im the type of person that tells you the blunt (probably something I should have added above seeing as that applies to me as well) truth. I refuse to sugar-code anything. This trait is something people love and hated about me, seeing as although I refuse to lie about anything, I also come off as rude quite a bit. It's almost (Almost!) never intentional but its a fact. And lastly introverted. Something else that has people mistaking me for a shy person. Once again not shy. I just like to be alone. I don't have an aversion to people and I have social skills but I do prefer to be by myself a few hours each day, away from crowds of people. Show who you are so the world can be amazed -RenNuest- People say that, in a nutshell, I'm rather dull, and I’ve been told on many occasions that I seem to have no personality at all. I rarely do much, and smiling isn’t something I am caught doing often. I’m known for being alone, I’m not all too fond of getting to know people because once I let them in I tend to get too attached to them. I’m clumsy, much to my displeasure, and I’m a bit clueless at times. Not to mention my memory is horrible. I’m naturally smart, but I don’t like school at all therefore I don’t study for anything. I am quite artistic though, I think it’s because I hold everything in so writing and drawing is the only way I free myself. Im curious by nature and also quite adventurous when I feel like it. I won’t call myself mean but I do have a tendency to say rather rude things to people to keep them away, defense mechanism, maybe? We love to pull pranks together and with our older brother Sam. I personally think schoolwork is a little boring, but Erik doesn't, whereas I think Quidditch and sports are fun and he finds them a little boring. Lukas stepped onto the front of the great hall, leading the crowd of First years. As they stopped before the staff table Lukas set up a stool and placed the Sorting hat on top. "Welcome to Hogwarts First years, You will now be sorted into your houses, by wearing the Sorting hat on your head. You will soon see how it works." he said with a smile. Let's get this started. he thought as he read the first name on the list allowed.

  Zayne had been quiet for most of the trip. Between the awkward moment of standing by the train, the horrible boat ride (who would want to go across that thing!), then the other awkward moment of standing outside the castle he was getting bored. There had been a couple of people he had been tempted to go talk to but he had resisted the urge. A lot of them seemed comfortable with the current situation, the magic and well everything. Zayne was certain these people had been this way since birth and probably grew up in this world. He just learned about it that summer. There was so much uncertainty in him that it made him a bit ill. This was going to be interesting. Part of him was still expecting to find out this was all some massive prank though how it would end he wasn't sure. But slowly things started happening and he started to not be able to deny what he saw. The ceiling in this place was incredible! How on earth had they done that? It almost blew the young boy's mind to see such a thing. What other secrets did this place have? Before them stepped a tall blond haired man welcoming them while carrying what was probably the oldest hat he'd ever seen. He spoke about sorting and how the hat would decide and Zayne couldn't help the little snort of disbelief. How was a hat going to do this for them? The answer soon became clear. As the first names were called and other small children went up he watched in wonder as the hat came to life and hollered out a house. The table that house sat at went ballistic and away the person went. "Well that's interesting..." He muttered softly to himself. Before he knew it his name was called and the boy could almost feel the spot light on him, not in a good way though. Zayne had no problems being in front of a crowd, for him the strangest part of this was just the magic. Nothing seemed to be normal here. Running a hand through his blond and red bangs the muggle born made his way up to the stool. Taking a seat facing the hall he did his best to relax. 'Relax boy. It's just like the time my dads took me up on stage for my tenth birthday. I'm fine, it's cool. Deep breath and relax.' Zayne thought quietly to himself as he waited for this smelly old hat to decide his future. Akureikami People say that, in a nutshell, I'm Much like his parents. Zayne is a lover of anything dark and enjoys having a good time. By no means though is he a party animal. Having fun has boundaries and he is not one to cross them with ease. Born with a stubborn streak, Zayne doesn't give up until he gets what he wants but that is mostly in the learning sense. He is not someone to force himself into someone's company if they clearly do not want him there. Quick to smile and laugh, Zayne is a tad mischievous and loves to push his own cunning to it's limits. Anything is allowable if you don't get caught is a motto of his. Someone who will tell you straight up what he thinks of you or something that is going on, Zayne is not one to just toss it out there but won't hesitate if you ask him. Ambition is in his blood and though he is small now he hopes to one day be the next big thing. Welcome to the Pride: Abraxas, the other first years

Nathaniel Johnson unsorted first year Nathan looked around the great hall from his spot amoung the other first year. He immeadately caught Ruby's eye who paused in her conversation with a housemate to smile and wave to him. Shortly afterwards he spotted his brother distracted by something. Soon the deputy headmaster called his name and he made his way towards the stool. Once the old hat was place on his head he sat there silently waiting. But once you break through shell i'm loyal and protective, though that's a trait, regretably, I share with all my sibling. I'm not really interesting or good at anything like my siblings but I tend to get by in life. Although I disagree strongly, and the people who suggested this are idiots, I've also been told I have a inferiority complex when it come to my brothers and sisters. But I repeat those people are stupid and don't know waht they are talking about. No matter what rather they are got through my shell or not I do have a slight tendancy to be smug at times.

βɾɑηωεη Ѧɭɭɡσσɗ  Branwen looked up briefly when her name was called. She walked toward the stool and took a seat, gazing around for her brother or the twins. She bit her lip and waited for the hat to sort her. Wen really didn't care what house she got sorted into at the moment, because she didn't enjoy the attention.
