[WW] Looking for people to help me revive an RP guild

Hello~
I'm wanting to try and revive a guild that was run by a friend years ago. It is loosely based off of the Maximum Ride book series and is semi literate.

I need the following people right now
1x Vice Captain-
This person would be responsible for helping me run the guild and would be my second in command.This person needs to be willing to rp in the guild. They have to have high literacy levels and strong customer service skills.
3x Crew Members-
These people would be responsible for helping me and the vice captain run the guild. Their main responsibilities would include accepting applications and monitoring guild content to make sure it is appropriate. You would also need to participate in the rp. Customer service skills required.

I will need the following people once we get the guild up and running:
Advertisers, this is a paid position, not sure what the typical rates are so please pm me with your rates if interested in this position.
