Self Graded:
Herbology: E. Marina has never had any significant interest in Herbology, though she understands the importance of the subject, especially since she wants to be an Auror, and she studied hard for the exam. She got an E, the same grade she got for it on her OWLS. She did well on the exam, but it was obvious the class was not her passion and caring for plants did not come naturally to her. Still, she showed enough skill to Exceed Expectations.
Potions: E. She received the same grade she got on her OWLs, having done about the same on the exam. Marina always did pretty well in potions, but she didn't have the finesse others cultivated while brewing and mixing ingredients. Her potions were generally correct, but always seemed to be just a tiny bit off. She Exceeded Expectations but didn't get a high enough score to receive an O.
Cursebreaking: E. Though she got an O on her OWLS, Marina had to study extremely hard for this exam, and found it much harder than the OWL. She usually does well with the subject, but it doesn't exactly come easy to her either. In the end, her hard work payed off and she received the grade she deserved, though she didn't score as high as she did in her fifth year.
Wizard Law: E. Again, Marina got this on her OWLS, but the NEWT was much harder. She found Wizarding Law came naturally to her her first few years of taking the class, but of course it got progressively harder. Still, she has a talent for remembering things like law and she did very well on her exam, snagging an E, even though she didn't get the O she was shooting for.
