- Luke was excellent in this class previously. He did well the first time, and had no trouble during his classes when it came for NEWT level. Thus, Luke got an Outstanding in this class.
♈ Defence Against the Dark Arts NEWT - E
- While it hadn't been his best class, Luke wanted to make sure he knew how to protect himself. His grades remained constant as a result of this. He managed an Exceeds Expectations as a result.
♈ Herbology NEWT - A
- Luke had his hands full studying for the various tests he was going to take. While he did well enough the first time around in this class, his grades slipped. Thus he only got an Acceptable.

- Luke had his hands full studying for the various tests he was going to take. While he did well enough the first time around in this class, his grades slipped. Thus he only got an Acceptable.
♈ Muggle Mythology NEWT - O
- Luke had a keen interest in the subject matter when he initially took the class, and that didn't dim when he went onto NEWT level. He ended up getting an Outstanding in the course as a result.
♈ Muggle Studies NEWT - O
- Luke's interest in Muggle Studies didn't wane when he moved onto NEWT level. If anything, he was entirely too interested in learning as much as he could to prank people when he couldn't use magic. Thus, he ended up with an Outstanding in the subject.
♈ Study of Ancient Runes NEWT - E
- Considering his adopted family's roots extended into the Norse and they used the Futhark runes extensively, Luke made it a personal task to make sure he did well in this course. With as much studying as he did, and as much personal interest in the course as he had, he came out with an Exceeds Expectations.
♈ Wizard Law NEWT - A
- Luke had his hands full studying for the various tests he was going to take. While he did well enough the first time around in this class, his grades slipped. Thus he only got an Acceptable.
