xxxxx⇾Astronomy ~ {EE}
A truly fascinating class, sure, however, Lewis often found his Early Bird personality at a clash with the class. While he was pretty good at naming constellations and planets, a solid half the lecture material drifted out as his eyes struggled to stay open. Ultimately, Lewis did decently on his own - daytime - studies.
xxxxx⇾Charms ~ {O}
So many charms come in practical effect for Lewis. He uses them frequently, often without even thinking about it. When the exam came up, he pretty effortlessly breezed through and passed with top marks.
xxxxx⇾Defence Against the Dark Arts ~ {A}
While Lewis appreciates the need for Defensive magic.... he's not the greatest with it. He did, however, do his best. He allotted extra study time for the course material, managing to get a pass, even if it wasn't anything special.
xxxxx⇾Herbology ~ {D}
Lewis is great with people. Plants... not so much. Despite studying and booking practice time with both professors and Tàmhas, Lewis simply could not get over his inherent inability to handle plants. It wasn't the worst possible, but it definitely wasn't good.
xxxxx⇾History of Magic ~ {P}
B O R I N G. The class was probably helpful. It was probably important to learn about a bunch of old, dead guys.... but it wasn't enough to keep Lewis' mind on track. He did some cursory studies, but it wasn't enough to actually pass the class.
xxxxx⇾Potions ~ {EE}
Lewis is really good with potions. It's like a delicious recipe... except definitely not. The only real issue he ever had was that he would argue over exactly what shades of color the potions needed to be in order to be classed as perfect (seriously, "stir until blue" is not enough!). He did, however, get a pretty good grade in the class.
xxxxx⇾Transfiguration ~ {EE}
Transfiguration is one that was a little more difficult for Lewis. It wasn't something as effortless and flowy as Charms, and it somehow infuriated him. However, Lewis studied a lot (and maybe transfigured everything around him) until he could get the spells down. He didn't get top marks, but he definitely earned his grade.

xxxxx⇾Alchemy ~ {A}
Alchemy was fun, yet difficult. Lewis did work hard on the class, but it had a lot of crossover with Transfiguration, which he also struggled in. He did his very best on the exam and managed to pass, if only barely.
xxxxx⇾Arithmancy ~ {EE}
Arithmancy was an absolutely fascinating subject. Lewis had a ton of fun with the class and the course material. The only reason he didn't get a higher grade was due to a slight mathematical error on the exam.
xxxxx⇾Art ~ {O}
Lewis knew he'd be in art, and heck, he even knew he'd get perfect marks in the class. He was practically born covered in paint (though, secretly, it was actually a few minutes later, since his stressed-out dad had fiddled with paint only moments before holding him). Lewis did a unique project displaying his synesthesia through several songs from all sorts of genres.
xxxxx⇾Care of Magical Creatures ~ {O}
Magical Creatures are incredibly fascinating. Lewis quickly began to enjoy the class, given the interesting topic. There were so many unique animals and they all had all sorts of cool magic. It was one he found easy to study and passed the exam with high marks.
xxxxx⇾Healing Class ~ {EE}
Perhaps it's due to being a bit clumsy, or perhaps because he gained the knack for healing while helping his younger family members, Lewis always seemed to have the know-how needed for Healing. He had good bedside manner and the skill in the subject to boot. Lewis did his best and came away with a solid grade on the exam.
xxxxx⇾Music ~ {O}
Lewis showed up ready to impress. Thanks to his family, he learned to play music and sing early, partially to help with the colors swirling around his head. He indeed did pass the class then used the leftover of his created song to make an interesting painting afterwards.
xxxxx⇾Mythology ~ {EE}
Lewis grew up hearing a lot of the magical mythos. Some of them were popular bedtime stories as a little guy. It only made sense to take the class and learn more about the tales. There were several he didn't know to balance as well. Lewis did well, though he missed some points as he'd dictated study time to some other classes.
xxxxx⇾Wandless Magic Practice ~ {O}
Much like his painting, Lewis prefers to do magic by hand. He doesn't need a stick (be it a paintbrush or a wand) to let himself shine. It was a class he fell into with ease and a skill he developed pretty quickly.
xxxxx⇾Wandlore Studies ~ {A}
Lewis thought Wandlore would just be a fun, fluff sort of class, but it actually turned out super difficult. It didn't help that he often didn't use his own wand, but he did struggle with learning about what made wands work. With a lot of studying he passed, but no one should tell his parents how close that was to not being true.
