Hey everyone, I'm looking at setting up a contest thread in the Avatar Talk forum but am terrible at formatting and really rusty with graphics too so I thought it would be easier to use some of my monies to get it done for me!
I have no idea how much people normally pay/charge for this kinda stuff, but I'll pay what I think is fair for the level of skill the person has. Examples are a great way for me to gauge this, so please share your work with me!

Once I pick someone I'll probably work with them on concepts and ideas for a bit before the work begins, and in the meantime I'll create a list of posts required and what needs to go into them cat_3nodding
