xxxxx⇾Astronomy ~ {O}
Despite Serghei being an ‘early to bed’ kind of guy, he would gladly stay up late to study the stars. It was truly fascinating how they moved and danced in the night sky. The hardest part of the class was translating the constellations and planet names into English. He did an elaborate job with the NEWT project, showcasing his knowledge on the subject.

xxxxx⇾Charms ~ {O}
Charms had always come along easily for Serghei, but now without also featuring hexes, the class seemed much more quaint. Though he was pretty skilled organically, Serghei did put in quite a lot of study time to perfect the craft.

xxxxx⇾Defence Against the Dark Arts ~ {EE}
Defensive magic was something seldom taught at Durmstrang. In fact, Serghei was pretty bad at using it. Thankfully, his letter to the school had gone noticed and he’d been admitted to try their version. Even though he found it difficult as well, Serghei added significant study time to his schedule to prove his thanks that they let him try. Ultimately, he did pretty well in the class, passing with respectable marks.

xxxxx⇾Potions ~ {O}
Potions were all about precision and memorization. Those were two things with which Serghei excelled. His keen attention to detail certainly helped as well. In the exam, he put all his focus and training together, earning high marks in the subject. The potion came out perfect, as did his grade.

xxxxx⇾Transfiguration ~ {O}
Something about the commanding subject matter in Transfiguration just made Serghei love it so much. Perhaps that his intention and will were just commanding enough that he was able to harness power for the specialized magic. When it came to the exam, Serghei easily proved that skill, thanks in part to many hours of practice and lecture.

xxxxx⇾Alchemy ~ {EE}
While Alchemy was a fascinating subject, it wasn’t one that got highest priority in Serghei’s studies. Sure, he worked hard on the class, and thankfully, had plenty of knowledge on the subject, but a couple more hours of study could’ve gotten him an O. He did still earn a very respectable grade, and for that, he’s happy.

xxxxx⇾Arithmancy ~ {O}
Serghei loves Arithmancy for the curious methodology of numbers and letters pairing together to read people. The only thing he disliked about the class was that his only classmate in Hogwarts was.... insufferable. Thankfully, Serghei didn’t mind the extra practice time spent ignoring him. It all worked out when he walked out with top marks on the exam.

xxxxx⇾Art ~ {O}
Despite reluctance to share his art with anyone, Serghei’s always had a talent. When it came time for the NEWTs, he used magic and a bit of patience to create a mural in stained glass of the Keltainen shield paired with the Ravenclaw crest. It came together wonderfully and sparkled in the sunlight when on display. Ultimately he got praised.... and high marks in the NEWT.

xxxxx⇾Study of Ancient Runes ~ {O}
With Serghei’s proclivity to language learning, Runes became just another of those. He was endlessly fascinated by the unique antiquities of the subject. He did work hard at studying, and thankfully, he didn’t scramble his languages on the actual exam. He did get an excellent review, which made him quite glad.

xxxxx⇾Wandless Magic Practice ~ {EE}
Despite practicing a lot in Wandless, Serghei was better with his wand than without. He studied a lot and practiced with Linsey, (which was its own little delight) and it did indeed showcase itself on his exams. Serghei did his very best and ended with a respectable grade.

xxxxx⇾Wizard Law ~ {O}
When life is a battleground, one must be versed in battle with words as well as actions. He was very used to debate with his siblings, though he much preferred the structure and research involved in true legalease. Serghei studied often, practicing with his classmates until he could win legal debates with ease.
