<span style="color: gray"><span style="font-size: 24px">In my story, "Never Return to the Woods Again", talks about a young girl named Annalise and her kitten, Kate, struggling to find the kitten's missing mother throughout the whole winter going into the woods where she was last seen. While able to spot the missing cat dead, however, they also spotted a few other things. For a night and the following day they managed beyond shadow of doubt to find their way out of the woods and came back home. Realizing Annalise's mother was missing, too, she was too late to save her mother from committing suicide.</span></span> |
