Hm. What should I rant about today? I am extremely bored and tired, and I need to write about something.
I guess I should start about how hot it is today.....actually, how hot it's been all week. Where the hell did all the thunderstorms go? It was freezing last week. It never stopped raining. I didn't mind that, cause I like the rain. But ever since Saturday, there has been non-stop heat. Especially on the third floor of this stupid building, the heat is intense. It doesn't matter how much you fiddle witth he air conditing. That's just a waste of time. It's broken, and the guy doesn't feel like fixing it. So, I've resorted to pulling out my little fan, and sitting it on my desk.
It's not helping, really. All the winodws are open, which makes me nervous. For some reason, in this apartment, I've seen more spiders crawl in fromt he open windows, then I have in any house I've ever lived in. I've killed two by my computer, one above the couch, three by the picture frame, one on the wall, and two in my mother's room.
And this is only the first week of summer vacation. Ugh. I've recently became a lump. I'm usually sitting on the couch or at my computer, doing nothing but playing Call of Duty 2, Gameboy Advance, Pokemon, Diable II, and Kingdom Under Fire. I have about a million roleplays to reply to, but all this heat is sucking the energy from me. I'm not built for summer. I have long sleeved shirts in my closet collecting dust already, and I want to be able to wear them in the cold again. Gods. Anyone who says Canada is 'cold' is a freakin' dumbass. Especially here in Alberta, where we have all four seasons in one day. The heat is so intense, and cold gives frostbite, the rain never ends...........uuuuuuuuugggggghhhhhhhh. I'm just happy my province is a dry province.
We have no moisture in our hair, which is actually a very good thing. In the winter, it's refreshing, and in the summer, we can actually breath. Not like Texas, which is like....drowning in air.
So tired....so very tired. All I can do is sleep and eat. My creativity is being sucked from me. I can't even think of two good lines to write in a roleplay now-a-day. Goddamn summer. D8 I should just crawl in a nice, cool hole in the ground and wait out Summer. )8
