It was raining
and I saw you leave.
Through the drops of pain,
I walked the opposite way
"Someday we shall meet"
all I asked was a hug,
when I truly wished for more
you walk away
I stare out,
blankly into the sky
and see nothing but you
Every crystal drop
I am now lying
in this sea of memories
You have left me
and did not know it
I await in the hillside
for your return
hoping time will forgive
the sins I committed
But time is not so gentle
as one would expect
the next time I see you
I would not remember
