Listen, listen....
Beware. Once you cross the line will you ever see the other side?
Myth
myth (n.) A traditional, typically ancient story dealing with supernatural beings, ancestors, or heroes that serves as a fundamental type in the worldview of a people, as by explaining aspects of the natural world or delineating the psychology, customs, or ideals of society: the myth of Eros and Psyche; a creation myth.

myth (n.) A popular belief or story that has become associated with a person, institution, or occurrence, especially one considered to illustrate a cultural ideal: a star whose fame turned her into a myth; the pioneer myth of suburbia.

myth (n.) A fiction or half-truth, especially one that forms part of an ideology.

A myth is a fictional story about gods or goddesses. A myth is a fiction, therefore, it does not exist.

How can something fade away or disappear when it never truly existed?

That's sort of sad D: *hugs*

You should think about colouring some of your art on the computer... This one would be beautiful, I think heart

Meep. The fading-out parts are amazing! I wish I could draw like you~!!

    *loves*

Don't be sad, okay? Or I may have to administer to you Muki's medicine - a boot to the head. x3

On the other hand, this is a very melancholy piece, and very meaningful...

    Myth (n.) Huggable sister heart

I've always been fond of Tolkien's version, paraphrased, "Myth comes from Legends, Legend from History", or something like that. Just because one cannot ascertain where a myth came from does not mean there is no truth inherent in it...
