woo well I served my flan. the spanish people in my class said I made it just right xd made me feel good about myself.. the caramel got all over my hands.. I tried some and I didn't really like it too much.. I think it was a bit too sweet.
And for all you people who don't know what flan is.. it's a custard with caramel on top.. I added extra sugar for the caramel cuz I made 2 but it turned out good.. the one was too small and I had to take it out with a spatula and the other flew out and broke.. they didn't come out of the pan perfectly.. but it's all good..
This pregnant girl helped me serve it XD people kept coming up for more I should have brought the second one in but I didn't.. bleh.. it was still pretty fun..
other than that my day was uneventful.. we went and looked at them houses.. the one.. the rooms were WAY too small... and the other I liked the kitchen and the living room but the basement you had to duck to get down and the rooms.. there was something about them I didn't like..
the guy is taking us to see 5 or 6 more houses on tuesday.. we're really getting into this house looking thing.. I'm kinda scared..
we went out to dinner with my aunt and her soon to be husbands grandmother.. kind of confusing but yea it was quite fun. I got a cheest steak which I didn't even eat all of, it's sitting in the car *shrugs* wasn't really hungry but it was good and yea..
test wise I got an 88 on my biology quiz today.. a 76 on my spanish quiz a while back, I have a computer repair quiz tuesday and I think a biology quiz tuesday too.. and a report on narcotics due monday.. busy candice..
that's all for now.. I'm still over my aunts house and I'm tired as anything!! I might just go sleepy when I get home!
