	To Be Happy & Free From Suffering

That is humanity's age-old question. We see that we suffer no matter how hard we try not to. Has there ever been a day without its unpleasant moment? Or a lifetime without accident, illness, or loss? No matter how much progress is made, there always seems to be a measure of suffering that cannot be eliminated. Does the cause of suffering lie in the wish for things to be different or permanently satisfying? To open our hearts to the truth of things and engage the suffering and understand it, unleashes the healing powers of the heart and compassion flowers.

	I sure wish we could have visited longer yesterday. I'll be so glad when they get all or at least most of the glitches fixed on Gaia.
