Haha no no I am not quitting gaia :p Um well I pretty much today have quit my job.
You see I work at a gas station even though i'm 17 and well, i've been working for about 24-30+ hours a week for a few weeks well more then a few and because of that i haven't been able to do alot of homework and because of that and my chronic laziness I am failing just about all of my classes.
Well That has been annoying the hell out of me to the fact that for about 2 weeks now i've been up till about 1 am ((getting home at around 11:10 pm)) doing homework and being too tired to do more so I sleep. add to the fact that i have only seen my best friend and hung out with him for more then 5 minutes in the last 2 months was about a week ago for like 2 days.
Now then what finally got me was that today I was working with my manager's daughter whom is of the same age and has started working after me ((even though she probably knows more then me due to her mom being the manager)) and she did nothing. I mean seriously all she did was go to the 'bank' for about 40 minutes, go pick up her dad for about 30 minutes, and was in the back studying to the ACTs.
and this is a girl who ditches school often cause she can just learn what she needs from the book, and she gets away with it because she appeals her failure of attendance in school court because she gets good test scores.
well she was studying and then around 9:30ish i guess her friends just appeared to help her with her studying ((i mean seriously, i have no clue where they came from)) and they are all in the back being loud and mainly messing around. I got tired of this and told her that they couldn't stay, i mean they really are not aloud. she retaliated saying that her mom knows about it and gave her permission and they were helping her and blah blah blah.
well i pretty much said that was ******** bull, got pissed and left, went to the registers and started writing a note and finished it which said I was quitting soon. she told me that her mom said I could leave early today. Now i'm debating whether i should even go to work tomorrow and sunday like i'm sappose to and finish the week or just say F-it and not go at all.
